Job summary

FEI SIONG FASTFOOD PTE. LTD. is hiring for Guest Experience Crew and Guest Experience Manager positions across 22 stores in Singapore. Roles include frontline customer service, cashiering, order release to guests and riders, and ensuring cleanliness and brand SOPs. Training provided; weekend and public holiday shifts required. Part-time options available with 11.50–13.50 SGD/hour.

Rotating shifts (AM/PM/overnight) with opportunities for career advancement and performance incentives.

Qualifications

With or without experience welcome; training provided.
Good communication skills required.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays; shift work.

Responsibilities

Guest Engagement to ensure best guest experience.
Assist at the counter including cashiering, releasing orders to guests and delivery riders, and answering queries.
Ensure order accuracy and cleanliness of lobby and counter.
Adhere to food safety, hygiene and SOPs to high standards.
Ensure Self-Ordering Kiosks are functioning during operating hours.
Assist with restaurant operational trackers and gather guest feedback.
Assist with lobby rubbish disposal.
Adhere to brand operations standards.
Guest Experience Manager to lead the crew within the restaurant.
