Qualifications

• Experience at a front desk or reception is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and helpful service to guests.
• Handle guests' questions, requests, and complaints politely and efficiently.
• Answer telephone calls promptly, ideally within three rings.
• Perform cashier duties and follow hotel rules and procedures.
• Maintain professional relationships with guests and be welcoming.
• Know room types, prices, availability, and promote upgrades when appropriate.
• Address guest issues and inform supervisor if further action is needed.
• Follow guest room security, emergency, and fire safety procedures.
• Be familiar with hotel facilities, events, and nearby attractions to provide accurate information.
• Communicate professionally and work well with other hotel staff.
• Maintain neat and professional appearance and keep work area tidy.
