Qualifications

• Experience in F&B advantageous.
• Food Safety Level 1 Certificate required or preferred.
• Strong command of English; other languages a plus.
• Energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Good personal hygiene and team spirit.

Responsabilités

• Greet and provide excellent service to all customers.
• Take orders in system, serve customers, and clear tables.
• Perform cashier duties and ensure payments are correct.
• Respond to customer inquiries about cocktails and food menu.
• Adhere to SOPs to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the establishment.
• Manage stock take and inventory for retail items.
• Communicate recommendations and feedback to patrons and team.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
