Job summary

株式会社Gappy is seeking a GTM Manager / Sales in Singapore to connect real travel operations with our product. You will identify work worth solving, validate it with customers, and turn learnings into a repeatable go-to-market motion.

You will build relationships with travel companies, run discovery conversations, lead demos, manage pilots and commercial discussions, and help shape a local GTM approach while collaborating closely with the founder and product/engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, partnerships, GTM, consulting, or customer-facing roles.
• Understanding of operational workflows.
• Strong ownership and communication skills.
• Comfort in an early-stage environment.
• Interest in travel and AI.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with travel companies, DMCs, operators, experience businesses, and partners in the target market.
• Run discovery conversations and identify operational workflows worth solving.
• Lead product demos, pilots, follow-ups, and commercial discussions.
• Build early pipeline and help create a repeatable local GTM motion.
• Translate customer needs into product feedback and work with founders and product/engineering.
