Job summary

Hustle is seeking a commercially driven Sales & Business Development Manager to grow reach, participation and revenue of lifestyle workshops. You will identify target audiences, develop strategies to turn interest into bookings, and lead a team to generate registrations.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, testing campaigns, forming partnerships and analyzing results to refine the sales approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales/business development or consumer marketing.
• Strong understanding of customer targeting, segmentation and purchasing behaviour.
• Proven track record creating creative sales campaigns and partnerships.
• Commercial mindset with focus on measurable sales and revenue outcomes.
• Able to translate insights into practical campaigns, offers and sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to increase workshop bookings, participation and revenue across our Experience units.
• Identify new customer segments, market opportunities and sales channels for lifestyle workshops.
• Create targeted sales campaigns based on customer interests, demographics and engagement.
• Develop workshop packages, promotions and bundles to attract bookings.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and convert enquiries, leads and partnerships into bookings.
• Monitor capacity and develop strategies to improve attendance for sessions.
