HOUSE + PTE. LTD. Singapore is seeking a dynamic leader to drive membership and package sales, develop strategies, and set monthly targets. You will build a sales team, oversee marketing across online and offline channels, and cultivate partnerships with influencers and corporate clients.

The role requires 5+ years in marketing, sales or business development, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and a proven track record in creating sales structures and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in marketing, business administration or related field.
• 5+ years in marketing, sales or business development with team management experience.
• Proven ability to build and manage sales teams, sales structures and KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Sales & Revenue Management: Drive membership and package sales, develop sales strategies, set monthly sales targets, and implement initiatives to increase revenue and customer acquisition.
• Sales Team & Structure: Establish and manage the sales team, including organizational structure, sales processes, KPIs, commission schemes, and performance management.
• Marketing Strategy & Brand Promotion: Develop and execute online and offline marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, promotional activities, and brand initiatives to increase brand awareness and customer traffic.
• Membership Sales & Customer Retention: Develop membership sales strategies, promotional packages, and customer loyalty programs to improve conversion rates, membership renewals, and repeat purchases.
• KOL/KOC & Influencer Marketing: Identify and manage KOLs, KOCs, and influencer partnerships. Coordinate promotional visits, social media campaigns, livestream collaborations, and content creation to drive customer acquisition and sales.
• Business Development & Partnerships: Develop corporate partnerships, group sales opportunities, and B2B/B2C sales channels to expand the customer base and generate additional revenue.
• Digital Marketing & Social Media: Oversee social media platforms, digital advertising, content marketing, and online promotional campaigns to generate leads and increase membership sales.
• Sales Performance & Budget Management: Monitor sales performance, marketing budgets, campaign ROI, and customer acquisition costs. Analyze results and implement improvements to achieve revenue targets.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with Operations and other departments to coordinate sales activities, promotional campaigns, customer experience, and overall business objectives.
