Job summary

You will work closely with product, research and engineering teams, and coordinate merchant partnerships to reinforce the end-user experience.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on consumer growth experience with verifiable results.
• Excellent storytelling and strong writing skills.
• Comfort with data, metrics, and AI-assisted tools.

Responsibilities

• Positioning and acquisition: test audiences, messaging, content and paid channels.
• Activation, retention and referrals: collaborate with product to maximize value and retention.
• Growth economics and learning: track CAC and cohort behavior, run experiments and scale what works.
• Collaborate with product, research and engineering; own direction and execution with merchant partnerships.
