Job summary

Maybank Singapore is seeking an experienced Growth & Acquisition professional to shape how we acquire customers and build long-term relationships. You will work in an agile squad across Maybank Singapore, Etiqa, MSSG and other Group stakeholders to create integrated solutions for priority segments.

The role focuses on translating customer insights into commercially viable propositions, testing concepts and delivering measurable acquisition outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, Finance, Engineering, IT or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in customer acquisition, proposition, partnerships, growth strategy or digital banking.
• Experience in customer segmentation, research, proposition design and customer-centric product development.
• Strong commercial judgement, analytical ability and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Identify acquisition opportunities across priority customer segments and translate into growth initiatives.
• Develop customer propositions, acquisition concepts and ecosystem strategies.
• Source, evaluate and activate strategic partnerships to expand reach and value.
• Apply research, market intelligence and data insights to shape initiatives and prioritise opportunities.
• Develop business cases, campaign mechanics and customer journeys.
• Coordinate product, digital, marketing, operations, compliance and partners to take ideas to market.
• Execute acquisition, awareness and partnership initiatives across channels.
• Lead pilots and A/B tests and decide on improvements, scaling or stopping.
