Job summary

Adyen in Singapore is seeking a Compliance Officer for Growth Programs to lead cross-functional initiatives enabling new products, markets, and payment methods while ensuring compliant, scalable launches. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, and Operations to define requirements and drive execution with clear program governance.

The role requires 5+ years in technical program management or related fields, deep payments knowledge, and bilingual English/Japanese capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, payments, fintech, risk, compliance, or similarly cross-functional roles.
• Fluency in English and Japanese.
• Experience launching or improving systems, workflows, or controls with Product and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs enabling new products, markets, payment methods, partner integrations, and network programs to launch compliantly and at scale.
• Drive end-to-end execution from problem definition to launch, monitoring, and post-launch optimization.
• Develop requirements, control needs, and scalable system enhancements with Product and Engineering.
