Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management, compliance, risk, or cross-functional roles.
• Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services regulated environments.
• Familiarity with card-network monitoring, disputes, or merchant governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate program management activities across the Financial Integrity pillar, including governance routines and stakeholder coordination.
• Support governance of card-network programs such as ECP, ECM, VAMP, and related dispute/chargeback obligations.
• Maintain program plans, trackers, milestones, and action logs for initiatives.
• Translate program requirements into internal policies, procedures, and playbooks.
• Coordinate cross-functional follow-up on remediation plans and threshold breaches.
• Oversee dispute and chargeback compliance, including reporting and escalation handling.
• Build documentation and control artifacts to strengthen audit readiness.
• Identify gaps in management of financial-integrity programs and propose scalable improvements.
• Prepare concise updates for leadership reviews and governance forums.
• Partner across Compliance, Risk, Legal, Commercial, Product, and Operations.
• Standardize global management of fraud, dispute, and network compliance programs.
