Job summary

You will handle social posts, assist launches, coordinate with Taiwan suppliers, and help with inventory, invoicing, and order processing. Mandarin is a plus for supplier liaison.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• Driven, resourceful and proactive; take ownership and get things done.
• Basic marketing knowledge: social media, content, campaigns.
• Good communication with suppliers and customers.
• Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup.
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus for liaising with Taiwan suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Marketing: manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), content posting, engage followers.
• Assist with product launches, promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with vendors for marketing materials, photography and packaging.
• Research market trends and competitor activity.
• Administration & Operations: oversee day-to-day flows (invoicing, documentation, order processing).
• Liaise with suppliers in Taiwan and logistics partners; monitor inventory and deliveries.
• Assist with sales outreach to B2B clients (retailers, cafes, distributors).
• General office and ad-hoc business support.
