Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to energize our F&B brand with bold campaigns and high-impact content. You will partner with external agencies to plan monthly calendars, produce TikTok videos, and manage influencer collaborations that amplify our outlets and events.

You will also optimise website content, respond to customer reviews, and track campaign performance while coordinating with internal teams on launches and promotions.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• At least 2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally in F&B, lifestyle, or retail.
• Hands-on skills in social media, TikTok content creation, and influencer/KOL management.

Responsibilities

• Work with external social media agency to plan monthly content calendars for promotions, new launches, and lifestyle content that resonates with the company brand.
• Create TikTok and short-form video content that draws attention to outlets and connects with the right audience.
• Coordinate with vendors to maintain and update website content and ensure accurate publications.
• Engage with the company's community by replying to Google reviews, Instagram messages, and online enquiries.
• Manage and host KOLs / influencers, ensuring their content reflects the right brand message.
• Execute SEO & SEM strategies to improve search rankings and digital reach.
• Develop and improve advertising & communication channels for promotions, new menu items, and corporate event bookings, while tracking conversions.
• Lead and execute outlet anniversary events and activations (setup, special menu coordination, event operations).
• Work with in-house designer to produce collaterals for campaigns, events, and social media.
