Responsibilities

• Support execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Update and maintain company website and other digital channels with accurate content.
• Manage day-to-day social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) with agency alignment.
• Coordinate monthly newsletter layout, visuals, and Mailchimp sends.
• Manage and update Google My Business listings; respond to reviews.
• Prepare campaign assets and trial POSM materials on time.
• Coordinate with in-house designers for artwork briefs and revisions.
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to support campaigns.
• Communicate with appointed vendors and monitor campaign timelines.
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis for planning.
• Schedule and publish LinkedIn content on approved topics.
• Extract and compile marketing reports and campaign metrics as needed.
• Stay updated with marketing trends and support day-to-day operations.
