Job summary

Oneness Holdings is seeking a Marketing & Sales Support role in Singapore to assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, manage social media content, and update websites. You will conduct market research, create materials, and track campaign performance from Tai Seng.

You will also help generate and qualify leads, support outreach via calls and emails, assist in sales presentations, and maintain CRM records to nurture client relationships in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication is required.
• Interest in marketing, sales and business development is essential.
• Comfort communicating with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, email and online meetings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Support social media management, content creation, and website updates.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
• Track and report on marketing campaign performance.
• Generate and qualify leads through research and outreach activities.
• Support prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Follow up on inbound enquiries and company-generated leads.
• Assist in sales presentations and product/service introductions.
• Understand client requirements and assist in quotations/proposals.
• Maintain lead and customer records in the CRM.
• Support client relationship-building and lead nurturing activities.
