CapBridge Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Business Development & Operations Associate to drive growth for our corporate group while ensuring custody operations and client onboarding are executed with rigor. The role blends sales, partnerships, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You will support daily tasks across business development and custody operations, coordinate with marketing and operations, and contribute to client onboarding, KYC facilitation, and onboarding

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese to communicate with clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player who works across departments.
• Sales, portfolio management, or investor relations experience is preferred but not required.

• Assist Business Development and Custody Operations team with daily tasks.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development & Operations Associate to support our corporate group’s growth and operational excellence. This role is a unique hybrid, perfect for someone who enjoys the fast-paced nature of sales and partnerships but also possesses the analytical rigor required for custody operations and client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Business Development and Custody Operations team within the corporate group with their daily tasks and activities
• Coordinate communication between the sales team and other departments such as marketing and operations
• Maintain organized records of sales activities, transactions, and correspondence
• Assist with the preparation and delivery of sales materials and product information to clients
• Find new partnerships and databases to expand client and product outreach
• Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and potential customers
• Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to support sales strategies
• Work with the KYC team for the facilitation of the onboarding process
• Coordinate with issuers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth listing and onboarding process
• Assist with the preparation of all customer journey workflow and documentation
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align and coordinate sales initiatives
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files
• Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency gains

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or relevant disciplines
• Proficiency in English and Chinese to communicate with English and Chinese-speaking clients
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Works well in a team and across other teams
• Self-motivated and driven
• Experience in sales, portfolio management, investor relations or growth investing is preferred but not required
