Internsg seeks an ambitious student for a 6-month, full-time internship based in Singapore with a hybrid work arrangement at 80 Robinson Road. You will collaborate with portfolio companies to drive growth and impact, gaining hands-on experience in operations and cross-border coordination.

In this role you will support business development, client relationship management, and financial reporting, while developing leadership skills in a dynamic, startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics or related field.
• Internship experience in operations, project management or strategy is a plus.
• Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in market analysis and preparing business proposals.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate portfolio companies' operations and cross-border processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve resource efficiency.
• Identify regional growth opportunities and support market expansion efforts.
• Maintain and grow relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor budgets and costs, and prepare data-driven reports.
• Report on performance metrics and ensure ethical, compliant operations.
