Job summary

CapBridge Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a highly motivated Trustee & Custody Operations Intern to support trust administration, custody oversight, and digital asset lifecycle management. You will work closely with Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Product teams to support day-to-day trustee and custody processes, contribute to regulatory compliance, and help safeguard client and issuer assets.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate pursuing business, finance, accounting, economics, or law.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with custody operations: reconcile cash, securities, and digital assets.
• Support settlement, asset movements, and corporate actions.
• Maintain custody records, reports, and audit trails.
• Verify instructions under supervision (issuance, redemption, transfers).
• Review trust deeds and SPV documents; monitor issuer obligations.
• Help with KYC/AML onboarding and due diligence.
• Prepare trustee minutes, board packs, and transaction logs.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, Product, and external parties.
• Support MAS regulatory reviews and risk monitoring.
