Job summary

Gemini is seeking a Lead, Operations & Growth for its Singapore team to drive growth and ensure world‑class client experiences. You will own outsourcing governance, monitor MAS compliance, and coordinate cross‑functional efforts across marketing, product, compliance, and support.

You will work with high‑value clients, shape the Singapore growth roadmap, and run events, VIP activations, and product workshops to deepen loyalty and impact.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in financial operations/growth and marketing/client-facing roles within financial services, fintech, or crypto.
• Strong understanding of crypto platforms, operations, client support and management.
• Experience running growth plans using channels such as content, events, PR, and reactivation programs.
• Project management experience running cross-functional mandates.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of outsourcing processes and governance practices, ensuring MAS compliance.
• Run monthly/quarterly process check-ins with audit, compliance, legal and management to identify gaps.
• Enhance monitoring and reporting by working with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with risk, product, and compliance to identify and close gaps.
• Monitor SLAs for operational and outsourcing processes.
• Drive Singapore growth agenda with leadership; own the growth roadmap across marketing and product.
• Coordinate promotions, activations, and on-ground support for Token 2049 and events.
• Coach VIP traders, resolve issues promptly, and gather structured feedback for product teams.
