Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing or brand marketing.
• Experience in-house within consumer/tech/e-commerce or digital business is preferred.
• Able to execute hands-on campaigns while balancing strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM and content channels.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and support category expansion.
• Manage and optimise paid marketing campaigns across key channels.
• Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with content, creative and cross-functional teams on customer initiatives.
• Support customer retention, reactivation and lifecycle marketing programmes.
• Contribute ideas to improve brand visibility and commercial outcomes.
