Job summary

Monee in Singapore is seeking a seasoned marketing leader to drive creative campaigns that strengthen brand engagement, acquire customers, and support business growth. You will own campaigns end-to-end from ideation to launch, collaborate with Business, Product, BI and external partners, and provide clear briefs for consistent execution across customer touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in creative/advertising.
• Experience driving campaigns from concept to execution.
• Experience with consumer-facing brands; FinTech/e-commerce exposure is a plus.
• Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of creative marketing campaigns that strengthen brand engagement and drive customer acquisition.
• Develop campaign concepts and creative ideas based on business objectives, insights, trends and cultural moments.
• Own marketing campaigns end-to-end from ideation through to launch and post-campaign review.
• Collaborate with Business, Product, BI and external partners to bring ideas to life.
• Provide clear creative direction and briefs ensuring consistent execution across channels.
• Identify new marketing ideas, formats and partnerships to differentiate the brand.
