Job summary

SALT Talent is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager in Singapore for a 12-month contract to drive acquisition, retention, and brand awareness. You will craft and execute full-funnel campaigns across paid social, search, and other channels, collaborating with analytics teams to measure impact and optimize spend.

You will lead experimentation, leverage data-driven insights, and stay ahead of industry trends to maximize marketing effectiveness for a major social media client.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth/ digital marketing focused on user acquisition or engagement.
• 8+ years designing and analyzing marketing experiments including A/B testing and incrementality.
• Experience using campaign metrics, cohort analysis, and funnel reporting to drive decisions.
• Able to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse campaign performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize spend.
• Monitor daily campaign operations and performance metrics with real-time recommendations.
• Manage budgets and forecast performance to meet growth targets and adjust channel allocation.
• Partner with analytics and data science teams to develop measurement frameworks and attribution models.
• Stay current with industry trends and AI capabilities to improve marketing effectiveness.
