Job summary

Janus Digital is seeking its first marketing leadership hire to own strategy, positioning and execution. You will manage budgets, build the MarTech stack and run campaigns while shaping a team around you for growth across Singapore and the UK.

Ideal candidates bring 8–12 years of B2B tech marketing with a proven track record in sales enablement, AI-driven marketing and executive ghostwriting at scale.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of progressive B2B technology marketing experience.
• Experience owning marketing strategy, ideally as a Head of Marketing or senior manager ready to step up.
• Hands-on marketer able to execute strategy and build a team.
• Strong AI capability with generative tools and automation to scale marketing.
• Proven sales enablement experience and ability to support complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Own and set Janus Digital’s marketing strategy end to end.
• Define the commercial narrative for C-suite buyers and build ABM across markets.
• Run campaigns, manage MarTech stack, and execute paid media personally early on.
• Develop sales enablement tools and align with sales for pipeline growth.
• Ghostwrite executive content and manage LinkedIn as a primary channel.
