Astro Health is a Singapore-based healthcare startup building modern, accessible care. We’re hiring our first marketing hire to work on Trimly, directly with the founder who leads growth.

You will shape strategy with the founder, then execute across paid, organic, and influencer channels. This hybrid role requires you to be in Singapore for shoots and on-camera work, with a clear growth path as the team scales.

About us

Astro Health is a Singapore healthcare start-up building modern, accessible care for Asia. Our first venture, Trimly (trimly.sg), is an MOH-licensed clinic providing medical weight management in Singapore. Founder-led, real revenue, a six-figure monthly ad budget across online marketing channels. You will be our first marketing hire, working on Trimly directly with the founder who leads growth. As we launch new brands, so does your scope.

The role

This role is a mix of strategy and execution, built for someone with 1 to 6 years of marketing experience who wants both. You shape the plan with the founder, then you run it. Most marketing jobs give you one narrow lane. This one gives you the whole machine, and because the team is small, you see the numbers your work moves every week.

We test a lot and iterate quickly over what works and what doesn’t. You bring the ideas and the hands; the founder brings the budget, the data, and the reps.

Here is some of the work you will take on:

• Creative production. Drive our AI pipeline, then finish the assets in tools like Canva and CapCut: headlines, overlays, discr amantes, export specs. Creative volume is what feeds our paid accounts, so we care about your speed as much as your taste.
• Agency management. Run the day-to-day loop with our creative agency, which produces organic social content each month. You write the briefs, run feedback rounds, chase deliverables, and get final cuts ready for founder sign-off.
• Influencer operations. We’re launching a program where creators document their weight loss journeys. You build sourcing lists, run outreach, prepare briefing kits, and track deliverables and approvals.
• Paid ads. The operating layer of our Meta and Google accounts: uploading and rotating creatives, maintaining Performance Max asset groups, building the weekly report, flagging anything that looks off. You sit in the weekly growth review, shape channel and creative strategy with the founder, and take on more of the budget and bidding calls as the account trust builds.
• Organic Instagram. Own the posting calendar using our post-generation pipeline, adapt captions to our voice, handle comments and DMs.
• Have 1 to 6 years of relevant marketing experience. Show us things you’ve made or run: campaigns, accounts, content, a side project, a brand you grew.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher
• Are enterprising. You start things without being asked, run several workstreams in parallel, and chase your own loose ends.
• Are fast and tasteful in making creatives (images and videos)
• Write well. Our voice is warm, direct, and validating (“You’re not weak. Your hormones are just loud.”). You need to hear the difference between that and generic wellness-speak
• Are based in Singapore, legally eligible to work here, and understand the local context our patients live in

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience running ads on Meta, Google, or TikTok
• Have coordinated freelancers, creators, agencies, or vendors on anything
• Work AI-first: you already use Claude or ChatGPT and generative image or video tools in your day-to-day. Our creative pipeline runs on these tools.
• Willing to be on camera for some of our video content
• Interest in health, wellness, beauty, or another regulated ad category
• Personal or professional exposure to women’s health topics
