Astro Health in Singapore is hiring its first marketing hire for Trimly, a MOH-licensed clinic focusing on weight management for women. This entry-level role offers a broad remit across creative production, influencer outreach, paid ads, and organic social, with the founder guiding growth and strategy.

With 0–3 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree, you’ll own campaigns, test ideas, and help scale a six-figure monthly ad budget.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of relevant experience. No marketing job on your CV is fine.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Based in Singapore with the right to work here; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive creative production for assets across channels.
• Manage day-to-day creative agency relationships and briefs.
• Build influencer sourcing lists, outreach, kits, and approvals.
• Operate paid ads on Meta and Google, rotate creatives, and build weekly reports.
• Own Organic Instagram posting calendar and engagement tasks.
