Job summary

Alta Group in Singapore is seeking a Corporate Development and Strategy Intern to support the Strategy team's research and analysis behind the firm's growth initiatives. You will track alternative investments and M&A trends while contributing to strategic projects and financial modelling.

You will prepare presentations and memos for internal stakeholders and external partners, help maintain the financial model, and collaborate across business units under senior team guidance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including advisers and financial institutions.
• Conduct research and analysis to support the Strategy team's organic and inorganic growth initiatives.
• Monitor trends in alternative investments and M&A activity, synthesizing findings into concise updates for the team.
• Research the company's business position and competitive landscape, producing reference reports for internal use.
• Contribute strategic analysis and support on ongoing projects under senior team members' guidance.
• Support project management and cross-departmental collaboration with various business units as needed.
• Prepare presentations and memos for internal meetings and management updates.
• Support the maintenance and updating of the firm's financial model as required.
