Job summary

Canva is seeking a Growth & Product Lead to own Indonesia’s product and localization experience, ensuring Indonesian users get the best Canva experience. You will voice Indonesian user needs and champion culturally resonant content across the product.

You will work with linguists, translators, and local partners, shaping the localization strategy, language tone, and best practices while collaborating with global teams to grow Canva’s presence in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product and localisation within a high-growth SaaS or product-led company.
• Strong analytical skills to measure, interpret, and optimise funnel performance.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across product, marketing, content, and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Canva’s product and localization strategy for Indonesia.
• Contribute to the product roadmap for Indonesia, including features, payments, authentication, and market-specific capabilities.
• Analyse active user and subscription funnels to identify growth opportunities.
• Adapt global messaging and product experiences to resonate with Indonesian users.
• Provide cultural insights and guidance to global teams.
• Collaborate with linguists, translators, and local partners to ensure clear Indonesian language experiences.
• Partner with the Indonesian Language Manager to develop language style guides and localization best practices.
