Job summary

KOISKIN LAB (CLEMENTI) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing lead to own the end-to-end customer-acquisition funnel.

You will plan, launch, troubleshoot and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google and Xiaohongshu while building a scalable in-house team as revenue grows. You will manage a five-figure monthly media budget, demonstrate tangible outcomes with documented campaigns, and bridge marketing with outlet operations, delivering measurable CAC, ROAS and revenue

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing, paid media or growth marketing experience.
• Evidence of real commercial outcomes with campaigns including spend, leads or sales, CAC/ROAS and personal contribution.
• Demonstrated responsibility for a five-figure monthly media budget or equivalent multi-brand portfolio.
• Ability to launch and optimise campaigns personally without relying on an agency, developer or junior staff.
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel/CAPI, conversion tracking and landing-page optimization.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers and create content for Xiaohongshu/WhatsApp.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer-acquisition system: campaigns, landing pages, tracking and attribution.
• Plan, launch, troubleshoot and optimise growth experiments; build a repeatable engine.
• Lead budget planning and reallocation based on qualified leads, appointments and revenue.
• Build, test and optimise landing pages and lead journeys without external dependencies.
• Measure performance via GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel/CAPI, UTM and weekly reports.
• Collaborate with outlet management on lead response, appointment quality and referrals.
• Develop in-house marketing team roles, KPIs and workflows when volume justifies it.
