DONG by Mount T Group – Singapore is seeking a Business Development Manager/Executive to identify and develop opportunities across events, exhibitions, pop-ups, retail design and integrated marketing. You will lead pitches, build client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to drive growth.

Our offer includes a monthly base salary plus commission on new business secured, with flexible working arrangements.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in events, exhibitions or retail.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business or related discipline.
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets and developing new business.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Existing network in Singapore is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI tools is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Identify and develop new business in event production, exhibitions, pop-up stores, retail store design and build, creative design, digital production and integrated marketing.
• Lead client pitches, and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide regular pipeline and sales reports to the Director.
• Explore and develop opportunities for DONGO, including placement sites and brand partners.
