Qualifications

• Strong full-stack development experience with React/Next.js, Node.js and/or Python.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
• Analytics and experimentation mindset.
• Understanding of SEO and growth metrics.
• Ability to operate independently and ship quickly.
• Crypto/Web3 experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Building analytics dashboards and attribution pipelines.
• Running A/B tests across landing pages, onboarding, and referral flows.
• Creating programmatic SEO pages and CMS templates.
• Building dynamic share cards and real-time content tools.
• Developing Telegram and Discord bots.
• Managing affiliate tracking and growth infrastructure.
• Supporting white-label product launches and partner integrations.
• Building automation tools that help marketing move faster.
