You will design customer engagement initiatives, plan lead-generation events, and analyze performance data to optimize results, while ensuring brand consistency in both online and offline marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in digital marketing or related field.
• Creative mindset with ability to think innovatively.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and content trends.
• Ability to generate traffic and leads for new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Planning: Support marketing campaigns from conception to execution.
• Content Creation: Research topics and craft engaging content for social media, emails, and marketing collaterals.
• Social Media Management: Manage channels like Instagram, Facebook, Xiao Hong Shu, WeChat, and TikTok.
• Customer Engagement: Design and implement customer success initiatives and community events.
