Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management or lead generation preferred.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, SEO principles and digital marketing tools.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools such as Canva or CapCut.
• Strong written communication and ability to create engaging marketing content.
• Analytical mindset to interpret campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and contribute ideas to improve marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media and online platforms.
• Create engaging content, including posts, graphics and short videos.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts and website content.
• Support SEO initiatives to improve visibility and traffic.
• Develop campaigns to generate leads and boost brand awareness.
• Monitor performance, traffic and lead generation, and prepare reports.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Assist in developing marketing materials and recruitment-related campaigns.
