Job summary

TDCX is a Singapore-headquartered global BPO company delivering CX solutions, sales and digital marketing services. We seek a data profiler to fill fields from target accounts via LinkedIn and tele-profiling, with updates in SFDC and collaboration with Sales teams.

Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year of tele-profiling/tele-marketing is preferred. Client-facing experience in a BPO is a plus, with strong English communication and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organisational and client-service skills.
• Ability to navigate and progress long, complex sales cycles.
• Experience in BPO customer service is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Profile data from target accounts using LinkedIn search and tele-profiling.
• Update and track performance in SFDC.
• Handle online chat requests (TQL) and tele-profiling interactions.
• Deliver results with integrity and adaptability as part of the quality management system.
