Job summary

INFINIUM RECRUITMENT is seeking a motivated Sales Manager in Singapore to develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive overall sales growth. You will manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement to follow-up and work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE A-Level, Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial engagement to follow-up.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide ongoing support.
• Generate new leads through various business development activities.
• Conduct presentations and meetings with prospective clients when required.
• Monitor market trends and identify potential areas for business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Participate in company events and promotional initiatives.
