Job summary

INFINIUM RECRUITMENT in Singapore is seeking motivated individuals for a sales-oriented role with comprehensive training and 1-to-1 mentorship. You will build your client base, understand financial objectives, and invite clients to exclusive investment seminars.

No prior finance experience required; ongoing training from fund houses and a clear career pathway. Hybrid and flexible work arrangements with a monthly allowance and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• GCE A Levels, Diploma or Degree as educational baseline.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented and able to engage with diverse clients.
• Career switchers welcome and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand your client base through networking, referrals and outreach initiatives.
• Understand clients’ financial objectives and recommend suitable investment solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Identify and acquire new clients across market segments.
• Manage existing client portfolios and provide updates on market developments.
• Coordinate and invite clients to exclusive investment seminars and events.
