The role focuses on marine electronics or marine camera solutions, B2B sales, and developing long-term customer and channel relationships, with travel to client sites and exhibitions as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience within marine electronics or marine camera solutions.
• Proven B2B sales and key account management experience.
• Experience managing sales channels, distributors or territories.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across the full sales cycle, including lead generation, enquiries, order processing and post-sales support.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, prospects and key accounts.
• Understand customer requirements and provide timely, accurate product information.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations and commercial documentation.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and support sales strategy development.
• Manage and develop channel partners and assigned territories where required.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, boat shows and customer demonstrations to promote products and generate new business.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts and pipeline reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Coordinate customer meetings, product demonstrations and sales activities.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer support.
• Resolve customer and sales-related issues through effective problem-solving and follow-up.
• Support other commercial and business development initiatives as required.
