Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Engineer for a Marine and Offshore client in the West region of Singapore. The role focuses on supporting the full sales cycle, from lead generation to after-sales service, to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

You will maintain strong customer relationships, prepare accurate proposals, conduct market research, and assist at trade shows to generate new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Marine, Engineering, or related fields.
• Prior experience in marine industry preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of the industry, including products, services, market trends, and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the full sales cycle, including lead generation, customer inquiries, order processing, and after-sales service to drive team revenue.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by providing timely information and resolving issues effectively.
• Prepare accurate and timely proposals and quotations based on customer requirements.
