Aries Fresh Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to identify new opportunities, grow the customer base, and drive sales growth in the fresh vegetables and processed foods sector.

The role focuses on developing new customers—supermarkets, wholesalers, retailers, food service operators, restaurants, caterers, and manufacturers—while maintaining existing relationships and promoting Aries Fresh products.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Previous experience in business development, sales, or customer relationship management is preferred.
• Experience in fresh produce trading, food distribution, food processing, or FMCG industry advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good business sense and ability to identify and develop opportunities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently.
• Willing to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales reporting.

Aufgaben

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in fresh produce and food processing.
• Source and develop new customers including supermarkets, wholesalers, retailers, food service operators, restaurants, caterers, and manufacturers.
• Promote Aries Fresh products (fresh vegetables, processed vegetables and fruits).
• Develop sales strategies and action plans to achieve targets.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and product presentations for prospective customers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements within company guidelines.
• Explore new markets, channels, and partnerships to increase revenue.
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on enquiries, quotations and orders.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and timely; aim for repeat business.
• Coordinate with Operations/Processing to align with capacity and delivery schedules.
• Monitor payment terms and follow up on overdue accounts with Finance.
• Maintain accurate customer records, quotations, orders, and activities; report sales updates.
• Keep management informed of market developments and opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and monitor performance.
