We are seeking a results-driven Sales professional to drive revenue by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business while delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a member of our sales team, you will understand client needs, present our platform and services, and guide onboarding

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant sales experience preferred; startup or logistics background a plus.
• Proactive, self-driven individual with hunter mentality and desire to win.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Commercially minded with ability to identify opportunities through data and insights.
• Resilient, adaptable and motivated to exceed targets.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and sales prospecting tools.
• Familiarity with web and mobile technologies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and onboarding.
• Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Understand client business needs and recommend value-driven solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and guide clients through the platform and services.
• Build trusted relationships and ensure smooth onboarding during first 90 days.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and CRM updates following internal processes.
• Stay informed on market trends and identify growth opportunities.
