LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Business Development Director to drive IDVerse growth across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Japan. You will lead regional strategy, build pipeline, recruit partners and close complex enterprise deals in identity, fraud and regulatory tech.

Role requires 8+ years in enterprise software sales, strong stakeholder management, and a proven track record of exceeding targets. Global teams support you across markets with local execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent commercial experience.
• 8+ years of enterprise technology or software sales experience, with a strong record of exceeding new business targets.
• Experience selling identity verification, fraud prevention, digital onboarding, authentication, compliance, cybersecurity, RegTech, FinTech or SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and exceed annual bookings, revenue and pipeline targets for the IDVerse portfolio.
• Develop and execute a regional growth plan focused on new logos, partner-led revenue and market expansion.
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery to contract execution.
