Job summary

Restive Collective, a Singapore-based content and paid ads agency, seeks a Content & Growth Lead to own client delivery from onboarding to the ad that brings in leads. You will shape the work, guide the team, and own client outcomes across landing pages, scripts, and campaigns.

You have 2–3 years in content, copywriting or account work at an agency or with real clients and can tell compelling stories that convert. A hands-on, growth-focused mindset is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in content, copywriting or account work at an agency or with real clients.
• Strong storytelling and scriptwriting ability.
• Comfortable on client calls and presenting ideas.

Responsibilities

• Own client delivery from onboarding to lead-generating campaigns.
• Review and approve scripts, edits, and client deliverables.
• Lead onboarding calls and client relationship-building.
• Coordinate with editors, creatives and the media buyer to move projects over the line.
• Set up and monitor tracking, landing pages and ad funnels.
