Job summary

Koocester Group, Singapore invites a Marketing-focused Content Creator to plan campaigns that convert views into leads and revenue. You will translate business goals into campaign plans, craft compelling content, and measure impact across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

You will write scripts, direct shoots, brief editors, and coordinate with sales to publish content on schedule while tracking weekly metrics and iterating based on results for ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in marketing, content marketing or social media marketing.
• Experience planning and running campaigns from start to finish, organic and paid social.
• Strong grasp of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, hooks, storytelling and audience behaviour.
• Comfortable with numbers: read dashboards and know what to change.
• Hands-on: on shoots and in the edit, not only planning.

Responsibilities

• Plan campaigns: build monthly plans from demand, trends, calendar and competitive insights.
• Create and run the content: write scripts, direct shoots, and coordinate with editors and sales.
• Drive leads, not just views: connect content to lead forms and funnels.
• Measure and improve: review views, retention, engagement and leads weekly; report results.
