Responsibilities

• Content strategy per account — built with the consultant holding the client.
• Content performance — reach, retention, page growth, enquiries.
• Format development — identify winning formats and apply across accounts.
• Visual consistency — ensure the feed reads as one brand.
• Briefs — complete enough for the creative team to proceed without questions.
• Copywriting — captions and hooks in each client's voice.
• Shoots — schedule with client and production team; brief shoot outputs.
