The role requires 1–2 years of client-facing social media experience, Mandarin and English fluency, and the ability to read analytics and adjust strategy quickly. You will coordinate briefs, schedules, and fast communications with clients and production teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years running social media accounts, client-facing.
• Mandarin & English bilingual proficiency.
• You have grown an account you owned, and you can show the numbers.
• You can read native analytics and change direction from what you see.
• Taste: you can compare two versions and explain which is better and why.
• You can push back on a salesperson with reasoning, not just opinion.
• WhatsApp fluent — you reply fast.

Responsibilities

• Strategy — build the content direction for each account with the client consultant, based on commercial context.
• Performance — own the organic results: reach, growth, enquiries; read data weekly and adjust direction by evidence.
• Visual direction — maintain a cohesive brand look across the feed; reject work that misses the bar.
• Briefs & calendar — write briefs the creative team can execute without follow-up; keep the pipeline moving.
• Copywriting — write captions in the client's voice with effective hooks.
• Shoot scheduling — coordinate client and production teams for shoot days as planned.
• Client group chats — be the main contact; respond promptly; avoid dropped threads.
