Job summary

ONE HR PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Growth & Commercial Manager to drive sales and growth across retail, e-commerce, social commerce and B2B channels in Singapore.

You will develop and execute growth initiatives, manage e-commerce and TikTok activities, and explore new B2B opportunities with diverse partners, while tracking performance and margins.

Qualifications

Job description

Our Client is looking for a proactive and commercially driven Growth & Commercial Manager to drive sales and business growth across retail, e-commerce, social commerce and B2B channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales, marketing, promotional and growth initiatives.
• Drive e-commerce and social-commerce sales through the website, TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada.
• Manage TikTok initiatives, including LIVE sessions, product promotions and creator/influencer collaborations.
• Develop new B2B opportunities with corporates, schools, hotels, events and other business partners.
• Manage B2B prospecting, proposals, follow-ups and account development.
• Develop new products, bundles, corporate gifts and promotional offers to generate revenue.
• Work with Operations and Management on inventory sell-through, pricing, promotions and margins.
• Monitor sales, campaign performance and commercial KPIs and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure commercial initiatives are executed effectively.

Key Requirements

• Relevant experience in business development, e-commerce, retail, FMCG, digital marketing, social commerce or a related commercial role.
• Proven ability to drive sales, develop new business or grow commercial channels.
• Experience with B2B sales and e-commerce is preferred; TikTok Shop/TikTok LIVE experience is an advantage.
• Strong commercial, communication and coordination skills.
• Proactive, hands-on and results-oriented.
• Comfortable working with sales targets, margins and performance data.
• Able to work independently and turn ideas into action.
