Job summary

TikTok Local Services is seeking a seasoned Campaign Marketing professional to lead end-to-end campaign execution, drive growth with creators and merchants, and optimize performance across channels. The role requires strong Mandarin and English communication, plus a track record in fast-paced tech environments.

Based in Singapore, you will partner with Product, Merchant Business Development, and Creator Operations to scale campaigns, improve playbooks, and deliver measurable results in orders

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in campaign marketing, marketing operations, business operations, or growth operations.
• Experience owning end-to-end campaign execution across planning, target setting, budget coordination, allocation, execution, and post-campaign analysis.
• Experience in local services, lifestyle, e-commerce, marketplace, or content platform businesses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute campaign and event strategies for TikTok Local Services based on business goals, coordinating creator, merchant, and platform resources to drive growth.
• Own end-to-end campaign management, including target setting, budget coordination, resource allocation, execution, and post-campaign review.
• Track and analyze campaign performance focusing on orders, GMV uplift, order acquisition rate, conversion rate, and conversion cost; translate insights into scalable operating strategies.
• Partner with Creator Operations, Product, and Merchant Business Development to optimize content distribution, merchant participation, and campaign effectiveness.
• Build and improve campaign mechanisms, workflows, and team execution standards to support business expansion.
