Job summary

Hustle, part of the Experiences division, is seeking a commercially driven Sales & Business Development Manager to grow reach, participation and revenue of our lifestyle workshops. You will identify target audiences, design campaigns and lead a sales team to drive bookings and sign-ups.

You will test campaigns, form partnerships with schools and clubs, and work cross-functionally with marketing and operations to optimise the customer journey from awareness to booking and post-workshop follow-up.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in sales, business development, consumer marketing, partnerships, customer engagement or a related role.
