Job summary

OCBC is seeking a senior sustainability leader in Singapore to shape and deliver the group’s sustainability agenda. You will work closely with the Group Chief Sustainability Officer and senior management to translate ambition into priorities, initiatives and measurable outcomes across markets.

You will collaborate with businesses and regulators to advance opportunities, manage risks, and represent OCBC in industry forums, with a focus on credible narratives and governance.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from an accredited university or equivalent.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders across markets and functions.
• Proven track record in banking, financial services or sustainability domains.

Responsibilities

• Develop and steer the Group’s sustainability strategy and commitments into actionable plans.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives with business units, subsidiaries and risk functions.
• Support policy development, reporting frameworks and governance across markets.
