Job summary

OCBC invites you to join as a Group Sustainability Intern to gain exposure to ESG practices within Asia’s leading financial institution. You’ll develop research, analytical, and communication skills while supporting initiatives that advance the bank’s sustainability ambitions and create long-term value.

You will work with the Group Sustainability team to research trends, collect and report data, and help plan events and training programmes across the OCBC Group.

Qualifications

• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in sustainability, ESG, and banking.

Responsibilities

• Sustainability research on trends, regulations, reporting frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Assist in the collection, consolidation, and analysis of sustainability-related data.
• Support the implementation of sustainability projects across the OCBC Group.
• Contribute to sustainability reports, dashboards, and stakeholder communications.
• Assist in planning and executing sustainability events and training programmes.
• Provide support on ad-hoc sustainability tasks.
