You will lead a team of HR Business Partners, delivering strategic HR guidance across functions and ensuring service deliverables meet business objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified with at least 20 years HR experience across the full spectrum of HR, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
• Strong business acumen, proven problem-solving skills and leadership abilities.

Job description

Reporting to the CHRO, this is a senior leadership role to helm the HRBP team for a prominent Singapore-headquartered organization.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• Degree qualified with at least 20 years solid HR experience across the full spectrum of HR, with at least 10 years in a leadership role
• Strong business acumen, proven problem-solving skills and leadership abilities
• Experience leading HR teams in large and complex organisations will be beneficial
• Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at all levels
• Good organizational skills with an energetic and flexible approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
