Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a seasoned Group HR Manager to design and drive HR strategy across the region. You will support local HR teams, ensure policy execution, and align HR initiatives with overall business goals.

Responsibilities include implementing performance management, handling insurance matters, and guiding subsidiaries on local laws. Strong leadership and analytics are essential for success in this regional role.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Management/Business Administration/HR.
• At least 10 years of regional HR management experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws in Malaysia/Singapore/Indonesia/Vietnam.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Group HR strategic plans.
• Support all local HR departments in the Group.
• Review and execute all Group HR policies and procedures.
• Liaises with local management to align HR strategies with company goals.
• Implement HR performance management systems (appraisals and surveys).
• Manage insurance matters, including claims and policy renewals.
• Provide HR advice to subsidiaries when required.
• Ensure subsidiaries comply with local laws and regulations.
• Manage the HRIS system for the Group.
• Any other duties as assigned by the superior.

• Manage, monitor and follow-up on insurance-related matters (which includes claims and policies’ renewal)
• Provide HR advices to subsidiaries when required
• Ensure all subsidiaries comply with local laws and regulations
• Manage the HRIS system for the Group
• Any other duties as assigned by the superior

Requirements

• Min Degree in Management / Business Administration / HR
• Min 10 years of experience in regional HR management
• Knowledge in employment laws of Malaysia / Singapore / Indonesia / Vietnam
• Strong leadership skills and team work
• Good analytical skills and problem solving skills
